Setting up a streaming server,Design flash player for a LIVE Webcast
Purpose : to show a live flash stream on a my website
I have the following already :
1. A windows 2008 enterprise server/Cent OS with 100 MbPS connectivity web server
2. A TV card and the video source
The coder should:
1. Have the ability to convert my server into a flash media server so, I can publish a LIVE flash stream for my subscribers
2. Be very knowledgeable of Flash Streaming
3. Design a flash player according to my requirements (however, I need the live streaming server configured first.)
4. Set up user authentication for this live flash stream so, the live stream can not be leeched.
Please note that the media which is streamed is LIVE.
If I'm required to purchase any available program for for the streaming server, I will do this at my cost.
I need a professional job done. This is a serious project, so serious bidders only! I need this job completed with in 15 days.

2. has percentage of video downloaded
3. big play and pause buttons and they have to be distinctive in a way that the user will know which one is selected.

able to play audio from an icecast server.

By clicking on the left / right button the movie should be paused, so users can 'browse' through the 24 images.

Custom Flash Player for AudioShare Script
r to fade out and back in every minute or so. Also make it so theres no right click menu so people cant download the music played in the player.
Also i dont know if its possible, but to play music in the player at a certain bitrate. but as i said not sure if its possible.
I need it so i just put it in my audiosharescript and it work fine.
Im not looking to spend alot of money. Please give me some offers if you can do this.

I have both original videos in high quality, I can give ftp access. If you tell me what bitrate and fps I can convert it and then upload them.
You can create a new flash video player, as long as it looks similar and has the same functionality. It has to be as good as this: http://mediaball.ca/index2.php (click on films)
