Required skills: .NET, Website Design
Please do not bid on this project if you're not experienced in ASP.net or Photoshop. This project is to create a fully functional website in asp.net. Coding have to be compatible for all web browsers. The website will require a database in MSSQL and a user and administrative back end.
Structure

User end: Will be a series of forms which is created by the administrator through the admin panel. At any point of the form process, the user may save their process. If the user goes all the way through to complete the form, it will notify an administrator for approval.
Add/edit/change user information
Administrative end: An admin will be able to see a list of users and their status. An admin will also be able to change the status of the user (approve).
This is just a brief description on the project. It covers all complex grounds, therefore no other works would be any more difficult.
Looking for canidates experienced in: ASP.net, MSSQL, Ajax, XHTML, Web 2.0 designs.
