Covert HTML Layouts to Sharepoint WSS 3.0 - PLEASE READ !

We have an existing site layout that we'd like to convert into Microsoft Sharepoint WSS 3.0 layouts.
We would like to see an Accordian Style Navigation menu and not the standard Sharepont Quick Launch
The templates we have are HTML and Sharepoint will require them to be sliced up and recreated in the Sharepoint back end. You will need to dplicate the look and feeel of the site exactly as it displays in strait HTML in Sharepoint. We want this pixel perfect and want all existing fonts and styles embedded into the new Sharepoint template.
If you have experience working in Sharepoint 3.0, then you are welcome to bid. If you've never worked in Sharepoint.
We will provide our layouts in PSD or HTML. You will need to integrate into all aspects of Sharepoint including site search, user permissions and dynamic display of the Navigation.
Please send examples of work you've done before. This is a professional job, so please read the description first. If you require additional information, please ask first ..... please see attached images.
We will either provide remote access to our environment, or you will need to package up the files as a custom Temnplate as explained in the link below:

Covert Html Files To Pdf
Hello everyone
I am looking for a programmer (hopefully c#) who can write a utility to convert HTML files to PDF files, keeping all formating intact.
To give you an idea, It could be a virtual printer that would print pdf files.
I have seen numerous virtual printers but all seems to be asking as "Save As" option. I need those to run on silent mode and not prompt user for the file name.

The design must work in IE7+, Firefox 3+ and Safari. The PSD has been designed with the limitations of the Sharepoint table layout in mind.
Please note, this is just a straign PSD to CSS conversion, with no sharepoint backend cosing required. You will make all changes in a custom CSS file using existing CSS classes and ids.
