Make A PSD and then Make it into website  

I built a website that has a background image for the header and a different one for the footer.

The way it is supposed to go is the background image should extend the full width of the browser. Right now I have it set to a specific width. I need you to change it.

I will provide a copy of the PSD, and then a new copy of the background image. There are 2 layers on the background image PSD. One layer is the header, one layer is the footer.

I need to work with someone on instant messenger. I need a couple things done to a PSD and then it needs to be coded when done.

Must be able to work with me on IM through out the tweaking of the PSD.

te for me but he had some sort of emergency and just disappeared. Design already done and approved. He only provided me a high resolution jpg. So all you have to do is slice this up and conver it to a psd and then turn it into a html page. Very simple site need it done asap. You can grab content from the current site and just paste it on to the new one.

Budget is 70 dollars. Will pay bonus if its done faster.

I have this visual basic software already and its source code, but it has a runtime error 5 in it, the source code files say its a vb6 app and to convert it to vb 2008, then I get properties are not found for objects and can't convert?

f you want to ask any further questions about this project but basically the formula has been created already it is just upto you to put the formula into a software type calculator to make it a time saver for me.

I will even provide a mockup of how I want the interface to look to make it easier for you.
