Create a PHP telephone listing with admin panel
Required skills: PHP
I need a to create a PHP telephone listing with admin panel. Similar to http://www.telcourcelles.qc.ca/bottin/bottin.asp but preferably in PHP, with an online Admin section for the client to easily modify existing records and create new records. The need to be shown alphabetically by Last Name.
What needs to be shown, in order: LAST NAME, NAME,(or COMPANY NAME if a company / commercial line) - ADDRESS -, PHONE NUMBER, FAX NUMBER (if any) - POSSIBILITY for the client to add extra fields (NO fee #, Services # etc., for the commercial phone). Please see http://www.telcourcelles.qc.ca/bottin/bottin.asp for examples.
All these main fields (first name, last name, address, phone number) needs to be search able through simple input box, and if possible reproduce the Letters classification as shown on the site.
I also have the existing record in form a of .MDB database. I would like to use the same content of that database so as not to manually re-input all the record. See attached files.
Either the TXT file can be used (if you can parse the data correctly) or the MDB (watch related lines in the BPARENT section).
If you have a similar system you want to re-use, great if it works. PM with examples and accurate quote and timeframe.

All coders that bid needs to aether show search engine projects they have made OR explain briefly how you would code the site, if these are not done you will be rejected no matter how much experience you have, take your time and read.
