I need to convert html/css to Joomla template  

I have my design in HTML/CSS template and I need help to convert it into Joomla template and a new banner. The designer should be flexible in work and has good skill in design. Through this small project, I will give you another project if you can handle it well, so please only bid if you are familiar with the work and has a good skill.

- template must be hand-coded
- all sections in templat should be properly commented for later edits
- use of javascript (for menu)

At the moment i am using ja_teline_iii_v1 template and i want to upgrade to the new ja_teline_iv template using the t3 framework.

I want to do a fresh new install and just copy the specific mysql data (content, kunena, CB users etc..) from the old site. I dont want the old uneeded extensions to be copied as well.

I need an expert familiar with joomla and preferrably these specific templates.

The template breaks on some pages and what I'm left with is a grey background. It really is important that CSS is done correctly. The pages should not break.

I paid for the template without having the option to test it myself. This time round I would like to install it and test it and have any errors fixed before I make a payment. I will use escrow for payment. Please do not bid if you cannot agree with these terms.
