We want to develop a new ecommerce enabled sports art site, our existing site is very basic www.limitededition.com.cn
We want to copy http://www.sicovers.com/ and then we will fill it with approximately 3000 products.
Our site will basically be the same structure by we will have different sports options in the toolbar instead of city/state etc tabs. Overall though the site will be very similar so this is a good guide. We want a CMS system that allows for us the bulk upload update products so that we don't have to individually make changes. We will add tabs for news, brands, locations - basic static information pages. We also want a online chat function and a blog function.
We would like to have it in Chinese (so experience in Chinese characters sets is important, but knowledge of Chinese language is not essential) and we want 3 months support post launch date to manage site/product updates. We will work on SEO and you will be working with a person (Chinese that speaks english) that will be managing this process.
Budget is about 2000 US, experienced developers only, we will post a more detailed web site profile for download to those contactors that we like.
