Autocad Construction Drawing Needed

Hi,
I need someone to help me draw out my drawings for school from a PDF to Autocad.
We have to draw this building:

I have all the pdf's and I need someone to change this into an autocad file. With the correct layers. So I am looking for someone who can use Autocad well, and has a lot of knowledge of construction. I would also like you to make 2-3detailed "cut sections of the building"
Post your experience with construction / architecture and maybe send me a preview of what you can do. I need this done as fast as possible, so let me know how long you think it will take to do finish this project.

I have a project. I need a construction estimator who can work on a quick time basis. The projects are USA based for construction bidding. You will be given dwgs, Specs, and all we need is Quantities.
You must know USA Residential and Commercial projects. Pls attach your project you have done, estimating templates, Trades you can perform.
Need somebody who knows technical know how.
Rates/Pay let me know.

EPS vector drawing needed

On the walls, could we also put a few non descript ribbons and awards?
The drawing should be supplied as a fully outlined coloured and shaded cs4 compatible eps file.
Illustration will go on portrait a3 layout so bare this in mind in composition.
