We are the Company based in USA name 401 K..We are looking for quality centers from Global destinations and we prefer non-Asian centers..We are offering financial services and retirement plans to the companies in USA,And we are offering free consultancy..We are not paying on sales as that is not center task we are only paying on appointments...on valid appointments..for ex when center book an appointment then after that our legal adviser will call them and if they confirm that they are ready for that appointment then we are liable to pay you for that appointment..There are two types of commercials..
No 1

We are paying 8 $ per hour and we need 2 spd must..

Pay cycle for hourly rates is 15 working days and every billing is for week.

No 2

Pay on performance basis and on pay on performance basis we are paying upto 200 $ per appointment depends on company assets.

Pay cycle for performance basis is bi weekly we release commission on every Tuesday..First commission will be in 3rd week..then weekly..


We are looking for 100 seats and we have to award this process to 5 different center.
