Web SMS Application
Required skills: Codeigniter, PHP, XML
This web application (website) will be used to allow clients to send SMS to their address book contacts.
They will be able to choose a sender id (name) and schedule the time to send the SMS if they wanted. The address book contacts can be imported and exported in more than one format: Vcard, excel sheet, number per line, ...
The users can register to get a free credit which will be set by the administrator. there will be a way to allow the user to test the gateway by receiving a test SMS on their mobile phone number.
The administrator will be able to create users and add credit and credit validity time to their accounts. Also the administrator will have approve any additional senders id names before the user can use it to send SMS.
The system should have an API system to allow the user to use it using their own systems and applications.
The system should be coded to allow more than one SMS gateway to be used. and use more than one strategy to use these gateways (master,slave) (balanced) ... for now the main gateway will be http://routesms.com.

J2me based hindi sms project for sending the data from max no of low end phones to server and updating the web based application
I need a project to be developed in j2me or developers choice that can be deployed or installed on max no of low or high end mobiles. It will be a hindi sms application where user needs to input the details on the forms in hindi on their mobiles and that can be sent to a centrally located server through sms. a web application on server will receive the messages and update the information sent through the mobiles using hindi sms application.

Web Scrape Application
application. I would provide the current code base in .NET. However, I am considering converting the entire app to PHP as it is cheaper to host linux/php machines than windows vps machines.
Then we would test and modify the application on several web scrape jobs. Most of my web scrape jobs are millions of rows. So architecture and multi-threading are essential.

There are one or two PHP SMPP libraries that can be used for this. I already have a bulk sms website but i want to change the bulk connection from xml to smpp. Only apply if you are familiar with setting up SMPP over http.

It's about creating a mail web/server application that will execute some script to : Configure a server, install postfix, add multiple postfix instances with specific cinfiguration, install phplist with specific configuration beside of some particular options to add to the scripts and the server.
We have attached a .doc file that explaines in details how the application will look like and what are the functions that will make.

Test scenario:
- Load our web conferencing application on 10 computers. and load w#ebex on other 10 computers.
