Finish Up An eBay Template And Store Design.

I am needing an web designer with good experience with eBay stores and listing templates.
This project should be very simple, its just to finish up and eBay store design and a eBay listing template that another freelancer did, I am pleased with his design but since he seems not to have good experience with eBay I couldn't make him understand that I need the store installed and working and fully functional with links and all, same thing with the eBay template.
-first he put all the images and texts to all the store sections, but they are only images, you need to code the links, I will provide my store categories numbers, so you can link them.
-I want an items showcase on the ebay store, and on the template, showing my newest added items, he did create the space for them, and he put some images so I can see he it will looks like, but he never made them "live and real", you know that you have to use the code I think is "{eBayStoresItemShowcase}" or similar to make the showcase, I did myself work a little bit on the template and got the showcase, I just don't have time to do the rest so you need to finish the showcase on the store template, plus the main products showcase on the store template.
-The design for the eBay store that the other designer created is only for the eBay main store, you need to match the design in all my store pages, search pages etc.
- The search tool must be coded its just an image right now not functional.
-templates need to be optimized for most web browser, looks messed up when using IE.
-I really like the template, pretty much just with the small fixes it will be ok, but you are a designer and if you think there is something that you can do to make it looks better, I will take your word.
-You will need to make couple of test products to assure everything in done.
-When you enter to the templates you will notice that the side boxes, are not the same lenght, if you can provide with a solution for that, so the side boxes stay on the same lenght, or probably better is to make extend the side boxes even with a blank element, all the way down up to the copyright section.
-Any small changes on design that you as a designer recommend will be welcomed.

I also tried to list few test items( text and the image on the template was just a test), you may want to take a look this was the result:

You can see it messed up the template, is not showing my showcase, and the about us section on the right hand boxes disappeared.
If you are an eBay expert designer all this shouldn't be to hard.
Communication is a MUST for me, and very important to finish this and future projects with least effort for you.
I am a very communicative customer, and I will be happy to work with you and provide with the access you need to complete this work.
Work will be paid in full ONLY after job is completed and fully tested.
I have few more designing projects ( ebAY AND ZENCART ) so I am really looking for a very communicative, creative and responsible designer.
Since there is not much budget left for this project, lowest bids have the most probability to win.

The products we are selling will be motorised vehicles such as ATV's, dirtbikes, pocket bikes etc. so the template should be themed accordingly, also, these products require many pictures in the template, so provision should be made for this also.
