Need Adobe Illustrator Artist to outline cartoon series
Required skills: Illustrator
I have a series of pen drawn cartoon that I need converted into Illustrator. I will pay per character drawn or by the hour. The attached drawings are a before and after so you can see the complexity of the drawings. If you do a good job there will be plenty of work monthly. Some of these drawing might need to be in color with you adding the color, as we will present just black and white drawings. Please see attached drawings, we are ready to start ASAP!

The designer must know exactly how to slicing the image, especially background, so that the image may be small, Eg: 1px X 20px but repeat to fill the area, thus will reduce the website loading time.

I need the attached file to be converted into an Adobe Illustrator CS5 vector file (not EPS). The colors and lines need to be preserved and there cannot be any visible blurriness or jagged edges, and they must be individual pieces whose colors can be altered. The text (including the individual numbers in the drawing) needs to be retyped into text format and NOT be outlines or shapes.

Create Adobe Illustrator Sports Apparel Templates
is 1" wide and is 1/2" from the collar. The 'White' stripe is .3" wide with the remaining area of the shirt being Navy.
Sleeve Notes:
The 'Bottom' stripe is 3" from the bottom of the sleeve. Make sure that the middle stripe is the same width on all, can't remember if it's .3" or not.
Please remember that this is a test for an ongoing project and this bid will be used as the pricing for that going forward.
