We are currently looking for a php programmer experienced in sugarCRM that can build a custom.
And as another task integrate the user creation and authentication of our phpbb3 forums into sugarCRM.
Sugar module:
- We need a simple "timeclock" module to track in/out of office employees. Something similar to "phptimeclock" but integrated into SugarCRM.
- A user logs on into SugarCRM and can set his/her status to: In office, Out of office, Out to lunch, etc. It's a plus if the different statuses can be customizable.
- Popup reminders if a user is log on into sugarcrm but has not set a status.
- Per user reports of ins/outs/breaks (look into phptimeclock for example of some reports).
- The reports are only available to some users (Customizable).
- The module needs to be installable and if possible upgrade friendly (at least between minor version upgrades of sugarcrm).
PHPBB/SugarCRM Integration:
We need that when our users log on into SugarCRM also are logged automatically into our phpbb forums at the same time.
Also on creation of a new employee in SugarCRM, a new Board user has to be created with the same user/password/email/name and added into the phpbb group "Employees" automatically. On the case that the user is deleted/set to inactive in sugar, the user also needs to be deleted/set to inactive in the forums.
The rest of the user information (Avatars, posting settings, etc), each forum creation, permissions, configuration and administration can be separate from sugar and managed from phpbb ACP.
Our current users all have the same usernames as in sugarcrm but need to log in separately. The forums is for employees only.
