I sell scripts. That is all I do. I need a customer database for my script store. The customer database must have the following:
I want a simple script easy to install and modify with beautiful design and friendly interface. Administrator must be able to edit, add, and remove information easily.
Search Customer
Search customer by Last name, First name, or Doc #.
List of Fields are:
First Name
MI
Last Name
Address
Address
City
State
Zip Code
Country
Phone
Fax
Alt. Phone
Email
Doc #
Remarks
It shows the list of customers arranged by last name in alphabetical order.
The administrator panel will have two TABS: Customers and Finance.
I have a script where admin can track income and expenses. The original script was created as stand alone then converted into a plugin for my website that was using Joovili. Now you have to plug it into the customer database and place it under the FINANCE tab. The tabs must be in AJAX. I will send you this script by email when part of the customer database is completed.
The administrator can create staff members whom will help adding and editing customers. administrator can grant staffs different levels of administration. Admin can also create other admins with full right.
the script must be secured with no php or mysql injections. Bugs free. PHP, MySQl, and AJAX.
You must provide installation documentation, documentation for modifying the design, and how the script works.
Do not copy from other website because is a violation of copyrights laws and I do not want any proble with the law. Original work please.

Create Client Database
I need help creating a customer database with about 10 fields. 4 of those fields should auto fill from an existing database. The balance I should be able to add through an admin panel and also be able to edit the 4 pulled from the other form. I already have admin panel created that allows me Editing/Viewing of the other form.

upgrade existing access database with interlinked tables
tup of the database for data entry is the focus. Later on we have to build several reports. On short term we like to monitor (check on internet) which offices have yet to publish their fees. A simple list of practice sites without any data for the fees would be sufficient. Lateron it is important to see whether it has been checked whether there is an update on fees.

A Web Database With Advanced Editing And Sorting Features
other “result” rows and columns of the same database). The database should be able to handle a large amount of rows of entries (5 to 10 million), but a few hundred columns will be enough.
As an additional feature, we need to be able to associate jpeg files with data, and present those JPEGs on the site within dowloadable PDFs when data matches certain levels.

Mysql Database With Advanced Editing Feature And Pdf Creator
ill be placed into the PDF at particular locations on the PDF chosen by the user. The title of the PDF will fill as text, partially from one of the fields of the database, and partially general words, modifiable by the user, but common to each pdf. The PDF creator should be able to generate other simple text graphs, tables, lists, etc., from the database as well, similar to excel.

Customer Database Development
We are looking for a programmer who is familiar with the Servoy Development Environment to help us continue developing our In-House Customer Database software. The solution is up and running, and we wish to add some new features as well as fix some minor bugs. The software uses standard MySQL database tables, but knowledge of Servoy is required to modify the client interface, make changes or fix bugs.
