3DS Max model of an office building
Required skills: Animation, Building Architecture, Graphic Design, Maya, Rendering/3D
More details of the building will be provided in a PM but in summary:
Large 4 story office building
Building measures approx 250m x 150m
Stylized roof with balconies and squared turrets on corners.
Large open atrium
Interior rooms to be built on ground floor with basic materials
Exterior to be textured to a high standard
Exterior to include surrounding 10metres of road and foliage.
The building model will be used in a realtime scene so you need to budget for 500,000 vertices and 200megabytes of textures.

Need a model made
can supply cad plans need it modelled in 3ds max asap.
dont worry about rendering and materials.
ASE keep the poly count as low as humanly possible.
After the First character is textured , before the bones are applied, i will pay half the amount.
I would like to pay via paypal, but if i cannot, i will have to pay via freelancer.com
as this project is for commercial purposes, it is possible that the person who gets this job will be called upon again to do another project for even more pay or even permanently hired.

Walls, Floors, Frames, Glass, Fence, Roof, Grass, Pergola, Sun Colt, Pave & Ramp; Park Border, Window Eden (all as shown in the attached zipped Max sample).
Attached is a zipped sample of a similar 3ds Max finished project.
Sub components of the finished model will include parts as described below.
The file format will be MAX (made with 3ds max software).

Selection will also be determined based on your turn around time. Project needs to be completed within 2-3 days. Examples of the level of work expected can be provided upon request.
