I need a service that will be hosted on a server (on rackspace or amazon s3) and will create and deliver snapshots of websites when someone calls a link like http://www.domain.com/script?url=http://www.google.com/

1- a form to type the website url hit enter
2- the script makes a snapshot of the site and save the picture on the server and creates a thumbnail and add these to the database
3- in mysql database > sites table > as follows
