Sat TV For PC Software
Required skills: .NET, Flash, Flex, Java, User Interface / IA
Need software that is very user friendly using HCI (Human Computer Interaction) rules. Need interactive flash animations for buttons and status bars that are able to access from 4,000-5,000 online TV channels and give users the ability to select a channel and watch it in High and/or Low quality.
I prefer the work to be an API (Application Program Interface) implemented in C# or Java and the final work would be a software that can be installed (installer file) at least on a machine with Vista/XP...
You can do a search on the web for sample work, but this one needs to be very user friendly. Users must be able to add channels as their favorite...You must also implement a secure licencing for the software so that only limited users, recognized by their emails could access the software online.
Please research on similar software and attempt to deliver me a quality piece of work because I'm looking for something that will be worth it to paying customers. I will not pay you until full requirements have been accomplished. I will need to know how you plan to implement the project and when it is completed, I will put your money in the escrow...then if it matches the conditions above, I will release your escrow.

If you have it already done with source code it's perfect, but will need some changes for re-branding the software under my requirements. Looking for a simple software that always viewing at least 500 TV stations from around the world (mostly US) on a simple "windows media" type window. I'd like to keep this as simple as possible for cost. Examples can be seen through www.yahoo.com using the search term "satellite tv for pc. There are many examples there.

I also want to point out that while I obviously understand not all channels will be top of the line, well known, I do want most of the well known channels added, since I need to make sure this alternative will be more appealing than a normal Satelite TV.
