I’ve created some links on other sites, like inside forums, comments on other sites, blogs, etc., but the search engines aren’t picking all of them up and they're not going to the top of the search results.

In your bid, please include how many pages you can promise to get ahead of this other page.

I have a current site that needs some link building and SEO work. Rather learn it myself in which I'm accustom to doing. I would like to check the quotes on a venture like this.
