We purchased some drawing on internet in PDF format which has security and we are only able to view and to print and we are not even able to save the file and print later since these drawings are large and we don’t have large printer so we have to find a way to save them and send them to printing

I have a PDF document that seems to be locked from making changes. I would like to delete the second page and delete the logo on the first page. I would like someone to show me how to make these changes if possible.
