Database SQL to Excel then back to SQL and Post software

I need a stand alone program that can take a SQL file and convert it to excel for easy manipulation - then convert it back to SQL and posts it into existing database in proper format.

Program must also be able to delete auctions by user ID in the existing DB. Please send me time and exact price as soon as possible

Attached is the portion of the database that will need to be manipulated and reuploaded into the database with the requested tool.

Export to Excel using XML from SQL 2000 by regbwright

e are two reports that are not functioning properly..

1. I screwed up on it...and I get the word file.
2. I get 3 seperate "tmp" files instead of the export.

Below attached are the Stored procedure and the XLST style sheet.

I am looking for someone to expand my database so I need simple copy from web and paste to excel sheet.
end result will be 30 000 lines in excel sheet. no skills special need it, just copy paste.
it is just copy model of laptop paste to excel then clik on same model copy description of that model and paste it to excel sheet then sort it by size. that is one line.
