Vector Logo Creation for Signage, Print and Web-Site

We require a qualified graphic designer/artist to create a vector logo to match the following two files in visual appearance:
- rutherford_house_logo_draft1.png (for display on printed sign 1metre x 1.5 metre)
- rutherford_house_logo_draft2.png (for use on web-site)
- an additional logo with white background should be provided for print media use
The chosen designer will use the file (logo_part1.png) to recreate a vectorised logo to form the full logo for web site, stationery print and sign use.
You should provide this finished logo in .pdf, .ai, .png, .eps, .psd and .jpg formats
Font used is "Constantia" and colour is hex: #5C5C2E or #666633
The vectorisation of the (logo_part1.png) file does not have to be exact to the pixel, but should be a extremely good approximate. Please note that this should be producted in the same colour as the logo text (ie. hex: #5C5C2E or #666633)

have a contest for guys and I also have a very specific idea in mind for that one. Just need someone with talent to do the artwork but this project is just for the one logo in different formats and colors for now. Preferably an .AI, PSD, and a transparent background PNG.
