since our java developer is leaving our company, we urgently need an alternative. This time we would like to have a PHP implementation instead of J2EE. Yes, we are asking for our own copy cat of our existing J2EE platform hier-wohne-ich.de.
Currently, our application is based on Google map.
But now we would like to implement Microsoft's Visual Earth with bird's eye view.
Our real-estate and apartment platforms will put landlords and renters together - very similar to room mates. com
Business model: we will charge a transaction fee on communication. It should be mult-lingual.
By the way you should be familiar with international online payment providers.
