I am looking for 20 ORIGINAL website templates. All I need is 20 original designs, each must be different from the other and they can not be from another site on the net. I am looking for
- Simple layout
- simple navigtion
- Good design
- Nice design and font
- good code!!
- xhtml and css
I will be using some templates for dog related websites so you can make a few templates with a dog theme
You can add sample images and sample text. Show me examples of other designs you have done so I know what your work is like!
I do not need them all at once so you can take your time and do a good job.

It would be nice to see 50% of them have flash in it and a basic tutorial on editing the flash should be included in the deliverable.

I will pay $ 50 for the templates.
I will be using the templates for my clients, so there must be no issue with copyright.
