Create a wordpress template with SEO
Required skills: CSS, SEO, Wordpress
Objective: To create a wordpress template with SEO.
We want a template something similar to http://www.sglaunch.com/. You may want to buy a template (as long as within our budget) or create a template.
We need the following to be included:
1) To incorporate SEO in the entire site
2) To be link friendly
3) Able to include tagging for individual posting
4) Improve the overall appearance of the website to be more aesthetically appealing and fresh. Our website Background: white, theme color: blue
5) To include Autoresponder/ subscribe newsletter
6) To include additonal 2 box for "Featured Property" just below top navigation bar eg http://www.sgcondolaunch.com/ "Featured Article". i have attached screen shots under file untitled-2.jpg
7) Resultant theme must be fully compatible with wordpress latest version
8) 100% in Div/CSS and 0% use of tables so that it is SEO friendly
9) Able to submit the feed to feedburner
10) Meta Tag Optimization Flexibility from WP-Admin.(Title, Keywords, Description)
11) . Making an optimized robot.txt file.
12) . Having heading tags and list items written properly in content text.
13) XML Sitemap creation and submission of sitemap to google, yahoo and msn.
14) Plugin Integration which will automatically submit your Blog Posts to top 25 Social Bookmarking
15) Pingbacks will be used to ping to sites with similar content.
We want the template created to include theme settings just like WP-Vybe 1.0 theme. I have attached some screen shots of WP-Vybe 1.0 theme settings for your reference. Pls pm me if you want access to a site with WP-Vybe 1.0 theme settings so you can try how does the WP-Vybe 1.0 theme settings works.
We welcome your suggestion to include other functionality/modules which you feel is suitable to improve the current site.

We are experienced wordpress developpers and we are looking for ORIGINAL design, so, dont bid if you dont have a powerful portefolio to show us.
