Streaming Webcams Scripting, finish up site install

I have an adult site, details will be provided to winner. It is a membership site that will feature streaming live webcam shows periodically as well as archived shows that can be accessed by members. I need to work alongside someone today to install the Red5 or Adobe Flash Media Server and whatever software or script that is needed to make these cams work and feed to the site.
Epoch billing api checklist and a few minor finishing details may also need to be integrated this evening.
This project is on emergency status and I need a team or wizard that can do this today. most of the scripting for the site is complete, we are on the last day and the project was left somewhat unfinished.
I need someone who can pick up the ball running and help me save this project TODAY. You can place hourly rates for bids or modify them later after we talk.

a code issue and making sure the database connects everywhere is all I see left to do.
Though after this is fixed the client will do a review.
So this bid will include changes the client ask for in that review as well. The client has done a review a few times so most stuff he wanted changed are fixed.

2. The font in the menu in my firefox is 2 small. I need it slightly bigger without changing the size of it in IE6
3. The main banner is not aligned with the page.
4. Photo gallery has alignment problem
