Looking for a qualified architect in building construction for the development of a new master planned retail, entertainment and hospitality park complex. The master planned entertainment venue will have the following properties incorporated in the project:
1. Farmers Fresh Market - 13935.46 meters (estimated size)
2. Mega Bowling Alley Facility w/ 200 Lanes - 18580.61 meters (estimated size)
3. Retail Center - 9290.304 meters (2 centers) (estimated size)
4. Commercial Center - 9290.304 meters (3 centers) (estimated size)
5. Office Center - 9290.304 meters (estimated size)
6. Brownstone Condo Apartments – 300 Units 190.9 per unit (estimated
7. Concert Park - Outdoor Concert Hall 3 acres 12140.48 meters (estimated size)
8. Other Property Amenities will be included at discussion
As the designer you will be required to design the master plan the outline of the master plan grid, you will also be required to design every property in the development. All properties will be green influenced properties.
Budget for this project for the architect and structural engineer $ 15,000 USD.
Non Disclosure Agreement is required along with a development agreement. You must be licenses architect.
