Small Site Fix Web Hosting Expert Needed

I have a ecommerce website that I hosted from Hostgator.com
My domain is
http://www.bulk-marketing.com/
But its showing parked domain.And hostgator told me to use this domain until they proecess.
http://gator1025.hostgator.com/~bulkma/
But 1 month passed they didn't give the domain.Sometimes the domain only worked on my computer but not any other computer.Sometimes I have to add www and sometimes not to go my website only with my IP.And none of the people could visit my site.
So please fix the error.I wil give you $ 30.You can talk with hostgator to solve the problem.I have attached a file please see the file.Payment will be made through paypal after the problem is solved.
