Boonex Dolphin 6 customization

I am currently developing a social network site using Boonex Dolphin 6 and need someone who has experience with this software to customize some of the features.
1. I would like to add a "tabs" style block inside the profile page to open and hide information based on what the user is wanting to look at. For example if the user had 3 different cars they wanted to display, each tab would represent 1 of the 3 cars. When the viewer clicked each tab, information specific to that car would show up in the box below.
2. I need to have an accordion style layout in the edit profile page. For example, the user would select a certain make of car and the different models would appear. Then once a model is selected, the different options specific to that model would appear.
3. I would like the users to easily be able to embed Youtube videos on their page.
I would appreciate a per item price as well as a total price for all three if there is any incentive to create all mods at one time.

Boonex Dolphin Full Customization
n open source social networking software and can customize and modify it to my specifications. I need someone that is VERY experienced and can deliver quality work on time. The project consists of removing ALL BOONEX characteristics and cheap templates and converting it into my own design, this includes all boonex webforms, buttons, color schemes, default modules and etc. Also, the new design will need to be integrated into the Dolphin platform and custom pages will need to be created.

6 or D7 programs. I would prefer someone that I could work hand in hand with on this website project and be in communication with during the process. Some of the work has been done on this particular site but this website would need some fine tuning with the mods and graphics to make it even better. There is a possibility of work on other future sites contingent upon the quality of this one. Previous portfolio of work or proof of expertise is necessary.

Dolphin 7 Customization

Boonex Dolphin Installation Help
installed Boonex dolphin 6.1.2 on Windows 7 and IIS. The website seems to work fine on my localhost. However, when I try to install extensions, I get this errror -
refresh.php returned:
Module error: synchronizeProfiles(): exec(c:\program files\php -f refresh.php 1 admin ) returned -1
If someone can help me resolve these issue and help me install a couple of simple extensions, I would be happy to pay for their service.

When a user clicks on the User Action 'Send Bid' on a Profile page, I want the Compose Bid template to appear as a pop-up (exactly like how I've specified in the first point).
