I need to create a professional industry specific job website. Key features will be:
1. Job seekers will create a profile and build their online resume, similar to Onewire.com
2. Job seekers will be able to upload and keep an online repository of image files, certificates, licenses, etc.
3. Job seekers can post pictures or self-uploaded video clips of themselves.
4. Employers would have ability create their profile and perform searches of job seekers who are looking for employment based on specific search criteria.
5. Website based messaging system to communicate between employers and job seekers.
6. Ability to video conference
Important features:
1. High level of control over who can view their profile, access their files.
2. High level of website security.
3. compatibility across browsers
4. Blackberry/iPhone browser compatibility.
