This job is for logos and banners for 2 companies for both print media and website.
For one, the site I'm modeling after is http://orangesoda.com for content. This is a local business online marketing website/company. My website URL is OnlineMarketingUnleashed.com The logo will be for: OM Unleashed. I would like it to be similar in color and somewhat in design to: http://newmediaatlanta.com's logo and banner. I like the orange and green colors with the dark background and silver. You can use your creativity to some degree. I like the idea of the upward arrow to symbolize upward movement in search engines. That's the mission of OM Unleashed --> Get local business visible on the first page of search engines on the local level.
The 2nd company is Success Aligned. I will attach a logo that I had made a while ago, but I don't like it. Here we can again use similar colors to OMU, but maybe switch them out with the box background in green for this logo, either using silver and orange for color or a combination of the other colors. Maybe this could be Success Aligned with the arrow going around the box and designating alignment. This site is http://www.SuccessAligned.com. Again, I'll need a logo (box) and a small banner. One of the banners should contain the web URL for both companies.
I also need the colors used for both so I can use them throughout the site and for custom buttons on the site. There's future employment possibilities for this.
For the OM Unleashed site,
I will provide a 1 minute video that will need to be embedded on the right top of the site, with social media buttons above that "Socialize With Us" designed similar to http://smallbusinessonline.net/index.html.
The navigation bar layout will look like this: (some will be drop down menus)

I will also need a "Contact Us" form similar to the one found here: http://www.orangesoda.com/contact-orangesoda-internet-marketing-company/

Simple logo and banner design for news site
which will be used on all pages of the news site. Depending on the logo it is possible that no banner will be required. Simply a logo on a white background might be enough. Please advise.
No animation needed. File size for both the logo and banner should be as small as possible and still retain quality. GIFs, JPGs are acceptable along with PSD files if that is what you used to create it.

Ineed the text in the banner to be changable(so I can change the words) I use Photoshop Suite, or Macromedia Suite. Please don't bid crazy money. I could do it myself, but I'm out of time. The banner will be used for affiliate programs like clixgalore.
