I am looking for someone to create a banner for my website head with the logo and slogan. I will provide the files with the logo.

hat MUST appear in the banner.
It can either be flash or jpeg.
The colours of the site are grey / white /black o little bit of red and blue can be used like in the logos.

to be overly fancy, just very informative and creative. Need to be somewhat eye catching and most of all explains and shows what the site is all about. Our club logo MUST appear on the banner.

Basically, i have no budget for that, i'll pay this banner from my own pocket, so i'll give the project to the lowest (serious) bid. So you don't need to bid if you see a lower one, unless you beleive he's a fake.
