Create a Property site using wordpress
Required skills: Banner Design, CSS, SEO, Website Design, Wordpress
Objective: To create a property site using wordpress.
We want a template something similar to http://www.sglaunch.com/. You may want to buy a template (as long as within our budget) or create a template.
We need the following to be included:
1) To incorporate SEO in the entire site
2) To be link friendly
2) Able to include tagging for individual posting
2) To create banner
3) Improve the overall appearance of the website to be more aesthetically appealing and fresh. Our website Background: white, theme color: blue
4) To include Autoresponder/ subscribe newsletter
5) To include additonal 2 box for "Featured Property" just below top navigation bar eg http://www.sgcondolaunch.com/. i have attached screen shots under file untitled-2.jpg
We want the template created to include theme settings just like WP-Vybe 1.0 theme. I have attached some screen shots of WP-Vybe 1.0 theme settings for your reference. Pls pm me if you want access to a site with WP-Vybe 1.0 theme settings so you can try how does the WP-Vybe 1.0 theme settings works.
We welcome your suggestion to include other functionality/modules which you feel is suitable to improve the current site.

Need New Site Using Wordpress
Creating a new site using wordpress. For this project, the following would be requested:
1. Install wordpress to host and theme
2. Install wordpress theme (theme will be provided)
Very straight forward and EASY project. Programmer MUST be available for chat/talk using Skype. Project needs to be done ASAP.

o create a mini site using a username and password.
The site will allow business such as florists and resturanrts to create mini sites exclusive for them with different designes etc that they can advertise to their clientel.
The business would need to be able to upload pics as well as videos to they site and chance things like menus and advertise sepcial nights at their venue etc

Create a Database Plugin for Wordpress for "Dates"
n sort it all on the website itself using dropdown fields
I created a picture that will show you what I need:

The database entries need to be sortable by date, category, month and year on the website. You don't have to create any fancy graphics, but a simple table with two different colors for the rows would be nice.
Budget is about $ 150 + bonus for this

Building a coupon site using Joomla

I need to create a "coupon site" based on retailmenot.com concept wherein people can submit and exchange coupon codes etc.
User management should be done using community builder extension. SH404sef should be implemented on the site.
The site should be created using Joomla.
