I want to redesign a website which is based on CSS.
The site is www.tire-information-world.com
What I will require is the graphical site concept, and the necessary graphics to realize the new design using the established CSS style sheet that the home page is using. (Don't be mislead by a style sheet which is currently used on many other pages ... the eventual goal is to switch to the sheet being used on the first page.)
The design I'm looking for will enhance the character of the web site depicting it as a friendly, non-technical source of professional, expert advice on tires.
I will select the bidder, in a large part by considering other designs which have been done, hopefully in similar kinds of websites, so be sure to provide me with URLs or other samples which reflect your creativity, design sense and work.

My budget is limited, so you'll need to work on what we agree for. I do not pay $ / hour. It's a flat rate. That project does not end until I say it ends, ergo I will not be charged for overtime. Do not ask for extra money. If you cannot do what I ask, then this contract can be terminated by me and you will not be paid.

Repeat top of page image background (WITH scrolling)
No bottom of page image, the page will go right to the bottom.
