Automatically populate fields in website

Need a HTML coder for quick and easy job. I have a wordpress website designed as a landing page that feeds users to an affiliate company to register. The company does not utilize an affiliate tracking system to credit my referrals. Instead, the user has to manually input my email address on the company's registration page in order for me to be credited. I would like to program my link so that my email address automatically populates the necessary fields on the company's website. I would also like my link to transfer the user's name and email to the appropriate fields on the company's registration page. Fluent English speakers only who are willing to speak to me on Skype.

We need to display some K2 Extra Fields in a default.php 3rd module.
Easy to do it in K2 environment (item, category, ...) but seems to be very specific in external module.
We found several code but our PHP skills aren't any good to make it work.
