Audio Guides developing

I'm a new iPhone appl developer, this is based on info about Point of interest all over Europe, with audio guide. I need people who take english info (tipically from wikipedia) of each POI and let them read with software for MAC (I'll tell you name).
It's not a difficult work, just patience and a little practice in english language (next project will be the same in spanish language).
But I cannot pay a lot, so I think this is useful for students and so on.
Audio files will be various, from 30 seconds to many minutes, but reading is done directly from MAC.
MAC OSX needed, Leopard/Snow Leopard.
To have idea, take description of Rome's (Italy) monuments, in wikipedia page. Some are of few words, other of many pages.
I can assign different place to different people, this is to have an idea of global work...:
