I am looking for a skilled individual who can get the right people to attend our free business training workshop. The workshop is directed at Human Resource Directors, Training Directors and other Executives and Upper Management Personell. It is a Change Management and Performance Management workshop. We want them to attend this sample workshop so that they will pay for our company to deliver the same workshops at their company. The workshop is in about 1 month. I need either one person or a team that will commit to get 20 different businesses to attend. There is specific criteria for the Companies and the People who will attend: The businesses must have total revenues of over 20 million/year and over 75 employees. You must be able to professionally get past the "gate keeper" and get the "right" person to attend. You will also send out an email that we will design with an invitation to the event. You will do Email/Call then repeat a week later to the same businesses. And possible repeat again. When you have committed someone to attend the workshop, you will provide us their contact information and we will call to confirm that they are going to attend, that they understand what they are attending, and that they meet the criteria. Based on previous experience you will have to commit 3 to 4 times the number of people in the goal to actually get that many to attend. The Goal is to get the right people to attend so that we can introduce our Organizational Training Services to them. You must find your own list of businesses for the area. It is a large US city on the east coast. The training is based off of a best-selling business book that has sold MILLIONS of copies. So, many people will recognize the book. We are a 6 year old organization that works with some of the biggest companies in the world and therefore we will not allow you to do anything that might harm the reputation of the company. We need someone that is professional and reputable to do this. If this is successful it WILL become a monthly job. Success will be determined in this manner. Attendees will be from companies that need training and hire our company for additional training or consulting at their business. This event is a lead generator for us. Payment will only be made after event when the People you have invited actually attend. Payment will be made through GAF Escrow.
