Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my project.

What we are looking for: http://www.faceinhole.com/us/ as an embedded image generator for our website. Our site is currently active and running. This is to be an additional activity guests can engage in while on my site.
We would like the guests to our site to be able to:
1. Scroll through available backgrounds and then select which they would like to use.
2. Either upload their photo from their computer or take a picture using their webcam. Once this has been done they can do basic photo editing / manipulation as they are able to at faceinhole.com
3. Once having edited the picture they can either save the picture to their computer, email it to themselves or a friend or be able to generate html coding for it so they could then embed it into websites or social networking sites such as myspace, facebook etc.
4. rate using 1-5 stars how they liked that background they used.
We would like to be able to:
1. Have the ability to change the pictures they are able to upload their photos into on our own from our reserves of templates. We would want to conatantly be changing the templates they are able to access taking down old ones and putting up new ones.
2. Keep a count of how many people have used the application, saved a picture, emailed the picture or embedded it onto a social networking site.
This application should be easy to use on the front and back ends and aesthetically pleasing. Please have strong use of English to allow for easy free flow of communication.

Tool to insert data from my xls/txt into my website
tly from the txt file would be nice because it saves me the step of delimiting the data into a spreadsheet.
Also attached is a shot of the admin panel where I manually enter the data. I assume you will have the script paste data from the txt file into these fields.
I am not sure of the programming language for this, but I am able to run a script off of my computer as well as off my web host, whichever is more efficient (I use justhost.com)
