Facebook App - Simple PHPBB Mod

i would like a phpbb forum mod in order to become a facebook app (facebook connect)
the project is already half way done as you can see the mod is already provided in

and i have already installed the mod correctly.
what i need is just to make sure the forum can send notification and push to user's profile
>>> if forum subscribed has update (create/reply thread)
>>> if your friend reply/create thread
*** i would actually expect the cost around 120-150usd ***
coz most of the stuff done and just need some one to ensure it really work properly as a simple fb app

What i want is currently to use app fb users have to leave facebook to join and to enter a topic. all i want is instead of having to leave fb when they click go to application button they can allow my app access and then it leads them to a canvas page that allows them to add a topic... Should be VERY SIMPLE to a fb app programmer.. I need this done today

Also add push notifications to the app to work with both apps and a setting to turn them on / off. You should not have to mess with the twitter clients functions. It is already finished.
