To be designed using Smarty templating engine with multi-language support.
Features include:
User Login accounts and details
Internal (private to the portal) Domain registrations and management
Internal (again private to the portal) email account setup and management
Sales Agents: setup and management including sales commissions
Promotional Coupons: create and manage
Product pricing and management
Partnership (between email accounts) setup and management
Identify potential partners (upload user contacts / address book /
customers / suppliers)
Exchange rates (USD and Euros)
Payment Gateway including taking payments automatically when they fall due
This site or a version of the site should be accessible from portable devices like web enabled mobile phone and other PDA devices. Only essential options will be required and not the whole site.
Access to the back-end database will be via an API (probably .xml based).
The site, including graphics / logos, must reflect quality, security and professionalism.
