Interactive Flash Kiosk Required- URGENT

Hi Bidders;
This program can be made using any code or technology, I just thought Flash would be best suited. This is to be implemented onto their current PC. All artwork, media etc will be provided by the client and just needs to be put together into the file.
The program will be able interacted via keyboard and mouse. This is NOT a touch screen service.
We have a client who requires a basic interactive Kiosk created to run on their PC to show off their company.
The Program will be made up of the following 5 sections:
* Home
* Video page 1 ( Demo movie most likely ripped from a DVD)
* Video page 2 ( Demo movie most likely ripped from a DVD)
* Possibly a gallery of images.
* Internal website style info pages- (possibly 5-6 pages)
All video and Gallery pages should link back to the Home page once completed.
Currently the website is held on their intranet, and this needs also to be converted into the flash file.
VERY IMPORTANT-
Once the file has been opened by the admin, there should be nothing else on the screen ie Start menu, task bars etc, the file should play in FULL screen.
Also the actual user of the system should not be able to navigate away from the kiosk, only admin should have the ability to do this.
This is an urgent job therefore time is very crucial.

Flash Gallery required, need to integrated with xml php backend. This is very urgent have also ready to go with our example. Please do not west both of us time, this is very urgent, due to work load we just post this project.
