I recently bought a new server which i installed myself, but for some reasons is not working as i expected,the server is a Core2Quad 8300 it has 8GB RAM and 1.5TB HardDrive it runs a 1Gbps during non peak hours and at 200Mbps during Peak hours.
At This Moment The server cant support more than 85 users online and it takes forever to load.
Please be advise that im new to server configurations and my concern is to have done something wrong in the configuration.
My website is up and running But i need someone with a lot of experience in Linux, Centos 5, Cpanel And Dns configurations since these are the softwares im running, to check all my configurations and detect and wrongdoing that i may have done and if everything is the way it should be give me an advise of how to improve the server.
Please i need someone that can do this checkup today, if you can do it asap then you are welcome to bid, thank you.

Re-design and Update a HTML website
10 pages now. We want to add about 10 sub-pages with dropdown menu and restructure the site. We will supply pictures and writeups. We have brochure designs in PDF for each product. You will have to refer to PDF files and design a layout for products page. You have to design a banner for home page and another for inside - ideally with javascript, not flash.

Fix website built wh fCMSPRO and update it to latest version
with fCMSPro from flashloaded.com. The website is not working for some reason (the flash movie is not loading in the html). I suspect it has to do with the fact that the website was built in 2007 and may not be compatible with the latest php??? i dont really know. I need someone to check it and if it can be fixed without an update is fine. If not I will supply the fla so that the site can be updated to the latest version of fCMSPro which i will provide.
