Convert bitmap to vector
Required skills: After Effects, Graphic Design, Illustrator, Rendering/3D, Transcription
I need a banner and a logo to be convert from bitmap to vector in order to be printed on big format.
The photoshop banner is attached but I will give you the original bitmap elements because the banner is quite small.
Concerning the banner, all elements has to be converted, the process described and the text (I don't care about the background).
2 variations has to be created:
- one horizontal,
- one vertical.

I need the attached logo converted to vector format. Source files and eps output needed. Blue on white and white and blue (2 versions). Preference given to bidders who can do this today.
Convert Bitmap to Vector for Fireworks 8/CS3
We need a PNG file created in Fireworks that matches the image we have attached to this post.
All effects need to be generic (ie: Using Fireworks' inbuilt filters) and colours etc. need to be editable. They must also be vectors - able to be resized without constraint.
Some string attached to the balloons might be nice too =)

Have simple project to convert from PS file - no layers to vector with layers. Must be perfect in AI-- simple tracing is not good enough.

Also the other image "original vict.jpg" is just the original image this came from...i edited down...and colored it in...and also replaced the wheels/etc so they would work for a decal/etc.

Just so you know...theres a good chance if you bid over like $ 10 or so (i might consider $ 15, but thats pushing it)...you will have no chance at getting this project.
