o sites that can capture video title, video link, and video description to create video search engine.
We need this as a script not software for pc, because we would like to implement this feature to a wordpress that can initiate spiders to craw specific URL

The crawler collection frequency is to be user set OR it have to recrawl websites for newer updates.
Bandwidth utilization peak to be customizable.

I need a spider/crawler that will go out to the web and get blogs, based on keywords, category, etc and write the info to a file for our database. I would need the source so we could modify it for our needs. It would also have to be multi-threaded, work on a windows server platform.
