Web Interactive Map Linked to Access DB
Required skills: Access DB, Cartography/Maps, Flex, Javascript, Silverlight
Our client would like a web page that displays a map of the ground water basin and the existing wells that they manage. By clicking on a well (shown as a dot), a small window should appear in which the user can select from a menu. The menu should allow the user to generate: 1)depth to ground water chart; 2)production data table; and, 3)water quality data table.
I forsee the chart and tables being created by Access; however, any better ideas are always appreciated.
The data is sensitive and the ability to view, query or to generate any chart or table of the data will need to be limited to a pre-determined list of individuals. Also, since we update/manage the database on a continuing basis, our client wants us to be the host of the database.
Finally, the conditions of the basin change. For example, production wells may be destroyed or new wells may be constructed within the basin in any given year. Therefore, this project may require your support(to update the interactive map) in the future.

Set up online access to a Access DB
eroffice. I suspect there is a less expensive way to host the DB online. We are a small outfit, all home-based with PCs. We do not a vpn but I understand that might be an option. If you recommend that please include cost.

1. Cost to set-up the db on hyperoffice (or an alternative) so it is stable
2. Ability to make it useable by multiple users (and cost if any)
3. Alternative to hyperoffice.

MS Access DB rewrite

Failing this I need mods to my Access DB billing engine, it is quite a versatile peice of software that is designed to read CSV telephony CDR's and then produce Invoices from the info, this includes call minutes and Rating.. I have changed suppliers and I need the DB rewriting to accept the new CSV headers and processs the information as it does now. Apologies for being vague as I do not understand Access enough to that extent.

Export From Goldmine all leads and add to Access DB
We need someone to manage our database.
We do marketing a lot and we use goldmine to store our database, but we need to make sure that we don't market to the same lead more than once at any given marketing campaign. Pretty much filtering the leads to avoid redundancy during campaigns.

I need a program to be written in SAS to import data from an excel sheet and do some modifications according to the specifications(max 10) which i will be providing ,and to export to an access db.It is a very small project initially but i am sure that there will be a lot of work in future for the successful bidder.
