Web site is currently done through Godaddy.com web site creator called website tonight- will this be an issue?

There will be 11 total directories, some big , some small, and they will contain public and private school info.

I am looking for the entire app process and web design to be done by one person, not looking to have one doing app and another doing website. If you can not do it all, please do not bid.
