Wordpress Post Content - Image, Text, Video

Hi Everyone:
I need a script in PHP, Perl or any other language to be administered by web. The script will be use for made image search and fresh content (video, text) for the creation of posts. Set by keywords. The script should post on Wordpress/">Wordpress Blog.
The project consists of the following:
1. From a list of keywords in the web administration panel software must do Google Images Search and display - for example 10
first pages of images.google.com - (In the administration panel for this option must be able to edit the size, Image Caption, Alt and Title) - The images are pickup by one by.
2. With the above, the script must perform a search of the latest news of this keyword, this may be from different sources like Google News, Blog search, Wikipedia, Yahoo answers, or another site with google.com
recent content. You can suggest Here.
3. The same should be done with this keyword to youtube, dailymotion, metacafe, that displays the videos related to the keyword. Here it is necessary set the width of the video to embed.
4. Given this information, the script must be able to choose which pictures, text, videos use. With one click, or drag the content editor WYSWYG. Here in necesary set HTML code for the post. You can see in image i attach here.
5. In the administration is necessary set categories, description, keywords and tags compatible with All in One SEO Pack Wordpress/">Wordpress Plugin.I must be able to add categories.
6. Once selected all sources the script must perform the post in Wordpress/">wordpress and leave it as Draft or Published.
5. We also have a random option for creation of posts with the same keyword.
ATTENTION: THIS MUST BE DONE BY REAL-TIME MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. ADMINISTRATION PANEL.
This is a personal Use Script.
The user should be able to view real-time information delivery - whether the result of the research, and video content.
The administration should be friendly web in PHP, Perl or Ajax.
Here i made an example of what i want - 2 images. Check attach.
