Windows 2003 Server DNS server debbug

Hello,
i have made a fresh install of IIS6 & DNS server in a WINDOWS 2003 SERVER
There are 2 domains configured so far.
Both domains are on different registrars
However, I CAN NOT REACH THE DOMAINS TROUGH THE WEB
I need help to resolve the issue.
Some additional Info background:
* firewall using port 53 inbound is configured
* i can ping both IP's
* i can resolve ns1 to ns2 NSLOOKUP
Please bid only if expirienced with Windows 2003 DNS to resolve issues & debbuging

The above scenario or a variant of the above occurs on a fairly frequent basis on both Windows 2003 IIS6.0 and Windows 2008 II7.0 and so if this works out ok we would be looking to use the chosen developer for future jobs as the go to person for other Windows server setups for other new clients who have bought Windows servers but haven't a clue how to configure them :-)

Webmin Bind Dns Server Postfix Spamassassin Failed
i messed with permission and now
webmin: BIND DNS Server, Postfix, SpamAssassin and MySQL Database Server failed to start.
i able to started ssh with command chown root /var/empty/sshd but i do not know the rest. you job is to start these programs in webmin and let me know how your did for each program. it shouldn't be hard for the pro. i can afford $ 20 and under.

Windows server DNS Problem

I have windows 2000 and 2003 server. The 2000 server DNS is working fine but 2003 server is not working. It works for some client and it does not work for some clients at all. The problem is windows Server 2003 cannot resolve addresses that windows 2000 and XP box can.

Retrieve/reset Windows 2003 Server Mysql Root Password

e who already had this kind of issue before or understand this problem and can fix it.
Please advice your suggestions or I can organise remote access. It's a quick job so my budget is less as $ 30 NZD but it's can nice start for someone who wants to start a new relationship as we don't be windows support freelancer before.
