Network Configuration MS Small Biz Svr 2003 + Netgear FVS336

I am currently running MS Small Business Server 2003 R2 behind a NetGear FVS336G firewall/router. It is currently unstable and I am unable to take advantage of all of the features. I have a second office with the same firewall/router currently operating as an XP peer to peer network. I have a 2nd server box that can run either MS SBS 2003 R2 or Windows 2003. Both locations have wired and wireless lans. The primary location is connected to the internet via a cable modem with a "fixed" dynamic address linked to the MAC address of the modem. The second location has a DSL connection with five fixed ips and a cable connection with a dynamic ip. Both office have 5 or 6 clients running XP with both have a couple running Vista.
My goal is to have access to all of the SBS features, exchange, sharepoint, internal webpage.... I want access via the wired and wireless lan as well as remotely. I also want the two offices connected as if they are on the same lan. I would like to work with the hardware and software already in place, but am willing to make an investment in additional items for significant function and performance gains.
I have built pcs, made and installed the cables, installed the server and client software.... I can follow detailed instructions. The winning bidder will have to provide detailed instructions for configuring both routers, both servers and client machines.

We have a Small Business Server 2003 running Exchange. Two of our employees have iPhones and we are hoping to enable them with Push e-mail connectivity. We do not want to purchase MobileMe or other software if we can avoid doing so. From what we have read online, we should be able to configure Exchange with software/hardware we have already.
