I have a client needing a bulk email project. PHP/MySQL based.
10,000 a week for 7 weeks. Merged name database with text file.
Client mentions the following:
1> I will setup an IP based domain on my server... "something.com"
2> Client asks that a few test emails be setup to test functionality
3> The email will be text based... staying away from HTML based because it gets flagged as Junk mail.
4> Once the PHP script is sending outbound email properly, the 10,000 emails will be added
5> Perhaps a schedule of 2,000 emails per day can done
6> Client asks that he be notified of recipients who've read the email

Bulk Email Expert Needed
s format or .txt format. I have access to a shared server with PHPList with a limitation to send only 500 messages per 30 minutes. I want this process to be programmable and automated. I do not wish to pay another website to use their smtp servers, too expensive for this quantity. I have not posted a fee that I willing to pay for this project because I MUST BE ASSURED and SEE SOME RESULTS. NEED TO GET STARED RIGHT AWAY.
