Graphics for T-shirts  

I need an expert designer to create ONLY 3 ATTRACTIVE graphics for me. I'll be printing this graphics on white tshirts for a community event. I already know exactly what I and I'll even show links to images/photos I want you to use. All unfair bidding will be ignored.

ect I am working on. Had to be 100% professional quality. I need a few things, one is a dog coming onto bottom 3rd of screen and chasing and catching a frisbee. I also need an animated cartoon like intro with an animated version of the star of the show grooming different dogs. More details to follow but this could be someone's big break into Hollywood if you do great work quick.
Specs are 1920 x 1080 and it needs to be a targa file.

Dimensions are 16x16 pixels for tiles, 32x32 for sprites

It's a single sprite sheet with roads, pavements, trees, buildings, pedestrians, cops, vehicles etc. animations can be 2 or 4 frame animations, depending on importance of sprite. Estimated between 50 - 100 tiles / sprites total. Deadline is before the end of the month, so there's a bit of a hurry.

The animations and graphics can be quite simple, and I've attached an example walking animation for one of the monsters. That's the style I'm going for. Cute, but with teeth.

Both raster and vector graphics are fine, but I would prefer vector graphics in case of an iPad with larger screen resolution.
